As we grow internationally, we want to provide an excellent experience to every customer, and we are looking for someone kind and reliable to support our daily customer communication.
Your Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to help answer customer emails and messages regarding orders, shipping, sizing, returns, and general questions.
This is a part-time role (around 1–2 hours per day), ideal for someone organized, calm, and comfortable communicating in English.
Your Responsibilities
- Reply to customer emails and messages with a warm, professional tone.
- Answer questions about sizing, delivery times, returns, and exchanges.
- Track orders and provide shipping updates when needed.
- Manage order exchanges/refunds.
- Communicate with the logistic team
- Use templates and FAQs to ensure consistent support.
- Escalate unusual or urgent cases directly to the founder.
Your Profile
- Strong written English is required, you will communicate daily with US and European customers.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Enjoys helping people and solving small problems.
- Customer service or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Bonus: interest in fashion, dance, or performing arts.
