Shipping & Return Policy

Order Protection

Londonne offers Order Protection at checkout for peace of mind. This option is automatically added to your cart but can be removed before completing your purchase.

When Order Protection is included, your order is protected against lost, stolen, or damaged packages and qualifies for free returns and exchanges within the United States and Europe. Customers outside these regions remain responsible for return shipping costs, even if Order Protection is selected.

If Order Protection is not purchased, Londonne is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Any delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of the carrier’s “delivered” scan.


Shipping Information

Processing Times

  • United States orders: processed within 1 business day.
  • International orders: processed within 3 business days.
  • During peak seasons (October–February), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using local postal services or USPS within the United States. A tracking link will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping (U.S. only)

  • USPS Ground Advantage: typically 3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: typically 1 business day

Expedited shipping reduces transit time only and does not shorten processing time.


Delivery Estimates

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or weather conditions.


Shipping Regions

Londonne ships to most international destinations except where service is unavailable. We currently do not ship to countries including, but not limited to: Russia, Afghanistan, India, Ukraine, and select African and island territories. A complete list of excluded destinations is available on our website.


Free Shipping Thresholds

Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders over the following amounts:

  • $150 USD – United States
  • €150 EUR – Europe
  • £150 GBP – United Kingdom
  • $200 CAD – Canada
  • $200 AUD – Australia
  • ¥20,000 JPY – Japan
  • $200 SGD – Singapore

If your return brings your total below the free-shipping threshold, or if your order originally qualified for complimentary shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. 

Orders returned to us where customs or import fees are due will not be accepted.


Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that meet all the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags and hygiene liners attached
  • Free from deodorant marks, makeup, or other signs of wear

Final Sale, Clearance, and Limited Edition items, as well as hair accessories, masks, undergarments, and gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email contact@londonne.com with your order number and reason for return. A return label will be provided if applicable.

  • With Order Protection (US & Europe): returns are free.
  • Without Order Protection: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after your return is received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping and package protection fees are non-refundable.

Large return orders may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges

Londonne offers direct exchanges for eligible items.

  • With Order Protection (US & Europe): exchanges are free.
  • Without Order Protection: customers are responsible for both return and reshipment costs.
  • Second exchanges on the same order require payment of a reshipping fee, and the customer must return the previous item.

A dedicated Shipping Fee item is available on our website for reshipment payments when needed.

Bundles & BOGO Purchases

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
  • Partial returns are allowed for exchanges only.
  • Partial refunds are not available on BOGO offers.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact contact@londonne.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. You may choose a replacement or refund. Londonne will cover the shipping cost for replacements.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once shipped, we cannot modify or reroute your order. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Londonne may assist in contacting the carrier for failed deliveries; however, the responsibility for re-delivery remains with the customer. Customers with Order Protection may qualify for a covered claim if their order cannot be delivered.


Holiday Return Extension

Orders placed between November 27th and December 25th are eligible for return or exchange until January 7th of the following year. All other standard return conditions apply.
