Londonne Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you so much for shopping with Londonne. We want you to love every piece you receive, and we're here to make things right if something isn't perfect.
Eligibility
We accept returns for items purchased on our official website within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original packaging

Free from makeup, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear
Items must be approved for return before sending them back. Please email contact@londonne.com to initiate your return, fill out the return form, and receive the correct return address. We do not accept unsolicited returns.
General Returns
If your item meets the conditions above and you'd like to return it for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s complete.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty (see below).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items if you need a different size or color.
To request an exchange, email contact@londonne.com with your order number and details.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back for an exchange and covering shipping fees.

If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping fee (see below).

Exchanges are not available for bundles.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email contact@londonne.com with a description and photos. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible and cover any return shipping charges in these cases.
BOGO Leotard Offers
Leotards purchased as part of a Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) offer must be returned together to be eligible for a refund.
We do not accept partial returns on BOGO purchases.
However, you may exchange one or both items from a BOGO order if needed, but all usual exchange guidelines apply.
Bundles
Items sold as part of a bundle (e.g. the Dance Essentials Bundle) must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.
We cannot accept partial returns or offer exchanges on bundles at this time.
Shipping Responsibility
Until the returned item reaches us, it remains your responsibility. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt.
